Provenance

New Zealand,
first milking

Colostrum is the first milk a cow produces after calving. Ours comes from grass-fed herds in New Zealand and is taken from the first milking, then pasteurised and spray-dried into a powder standardised to at least 30 % immunoglobulin G.

New Zealand is one of a short list of countries approved to export colostrum and colostrum-based products to Great Britain and the European Union. We chose it for that reason as much as any other.
