Atomistry is a brand owned by the company. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. This site is not a shop

This is an information website about our company and our products. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no contract of sale can be formed here. We do not take orders, hold customer accounts or process payments through this website.

3. Information about products

Product information here describes products as we intend to supply them. Formulations, pack sizes, flavourings and ingredients can change. The information printed on the pack you actually receive takes precedence over anything on this website. If you have an allergy or intolerance, always read the pack.

4. Health and dietary information

Our products are food supplements. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here should be read as a claim that any product prevents, treats or cures any disease or condition.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for children under 3 years. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free from errors or that it will always be available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

The Atomistry name, the Atomistry logo and atom mark, the packaging designs, and the text, images and design of this website are owned by or licensed to Ghirongi Global Trade Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any part of this site without our written permission.

7. Enquiries you send us

Information you submit through the contact form must be accurate and must not be unlawful, offensive or infringe anyone else's rights. We handle personal data as set out in our privacy notice. Sending an enquiry does not create any contract or commitment between us.

8. Links

This site links to third-party websites, including the Companies House register. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including our obligations under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and, in respect of the safety of food, under applicable food law.

If you believe there is a safety problem with an Atomistry product, contact us immediately using our contact page. Please keep the pouch and note the lot number and best before date printed on it.

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
